Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-660/15.
Los peticionarios argumentaron que en la decisión censurada la Sala de Revisión se apartó de la jurisprudencia de la Corporación, al desconocer su condición de población vulnerable.
Igualmente reprocharon el haber ordenado la intervención de los Alcaldías Municipales en las reuniones a realizar, porque dichas autoridades no habían sido vinculadas al proceso de tutela.
Por último alegaron la incongruencia entre la parte motiva y resolutiva de la providencia en mención.
La Sala Plena no encontró configurada causal alguna para declarar la nulidad rogada y, en consecuencia, decidió DENEGARLA.
